A positive attitude can help one in all walks of lives. Being confident and feeling beautiful from within has nothing to do about our physical appearance. One must have noticed in childhood days how certain children always had the knack of being the center of attention or always shining through every task that is assigned to them. Well, this is mainly because every individual has a different personality; it is obvious that every person cannot be the same. Personality development is all about individualism and how one control once emotions to act in a way that is most beneficial for him. A personality is built up by the kinds of thoughts and feelings one have within that can result in a particular behavior. In The Heritage Academy along with their core courses conducts Personality Development programs on a regular basis for the development of their students.

Career Guidance

Career planning is one of the most crucial factors in once life, which needs no emphasis. It is important at least for two reasons. First, whether you opt for a career in jobs or prefer to be on your own, you must appreciate that there is fierce competition for getting a space in the world of work. Remember the old adage, “Survival of the fittest”. In view of new developments primarily triggered off by the information technology (IT) and globalization of the economy, there are now more options than ever before. The Heritage Academy helps students in Career Planning through career counseling where in they gather information about themselves in terms of their interests, aptitudes, abilities so that they can choose their post graduate careers more effectively.

Counseling, Workshop, Seminars & other Activities

The Counselor/ Activities Specialist provides personal, academic and career counseling .The Academy provides learning opportunities to enrich the academic, social and professional development of youth to adults. Its main goal is to meet the continuing educational needs for the community.

The Heritage Academy organizes regular seminars and talks by inviting eminent people from the industry and the government. Our view is to create an atmosphere of learning, beyond the academic curriculum. The attempt is to make the institute more industry focused and to better prepare potential managers to face contemporary concerns in the corporate world.
The Academy, on a routine basis organizes

• Panel discussions on contemporary management and technology issues
• Wall Magazine “VIBGYOR”
• Informal chat sessions with industry leaders
• Corporate leadership series
• Hard talks-debates on controversial issues

Language Clinics

The Language Clinic helps you improve your ability to communicate in English. Many times it is been observed that students fail to express their ideas and thoughts due to language barriers. In Heritage Academy we do the following practices to fetch out their qualities from within.

Soft Skills Training (Aptitude, GD, PI, Communication etc)

The Heritage Academy allows individuals to explore the world of education and helps them to move from a general occupation direction to a specific one. The academy focuses on developing students skills by providing training on resume building, group discussion and how to face interviews, which helps them to move into an occupation and or apply to post graduate and professional colleges.
